AFF (Accelerated FreeFall).
On your accelerated freefall course you will complete a series of 8
jumps. 7 jumps from 13000'/4000m with a free fall time of around 50
seconds.
Your first three jumps will be with two experienced Instructors who
will guide and assist you during the jumping sequence. You will
practice the basics of skydiving and then for your last four course
skydives you will have one instructor but this time solo exits, free
fall turns and loops will be practiced.
The accelerated freefall course is for complete beginners as well as
semi experienced who have had some static line/RAPS problems or who
have had lay off.
Accelerated Freefall affords you the opportunity to immerse yourself in
a wonderful sport in a short period of time. You can qualify for your
first skydiving license during the course. Cat 8/ A license. AFF is
very intense and "full on".AFF is the quickest way to your skydiving licenses or just a fantastic
action and adrenalin course. Skydiving has no parallel.
All our courses are in accordance with the British Parachute
Association guidelines. Put yourself in safe, experienced and confident
hands.
All our equipment is the most up to date there is, with large square
main parachutes which are very manoeuvrable allowing you to land softly
with accuracy.
All our staff have a minimum of 1000 jumps and twelve hours of free
fall time (most will have at least four times this) and have competed
at National and International level with medals to their names. After
completion of the AFF course you will have to make 10 consol jumps
using the AFF equipment practising your new learnt skills to obtain
your 'A' license.
Here is a rough layout of the course.
